We’ll spend 20 minutes understanding what your team needs and whether a workshop is the right fit. If it isn’t, we’ll suggest alternatives that may serve you better.
Discovery call
Once confirmed, you secure your workshop date with a 50% deposit. The remaining balance is due one month before delivery.

From the moment the session is booked, Emma and her team work closely with you to shape the content. This includes: Pre-brief meetings. Tailoring exercises and scenarios. Aligning the workshop to your culture and objectives. Integrating specific communication or decision-making challenges
Co-design & preparation
Your session is delivered live - in-person or virtually. Using interactive exercises, scenarios, breakout discussions and aviation-inspired tools.
