We hold an in-depth discovery session to understand your culture, your pressure points, and what “better leadership” looks like for your team. This may include leadership surveys, interviews or diagnostic tools.

Discovery & diagnostics

Emma creates a bespoke multi-month programme tailored to your organisation. This may include: Masterclasses, Coaching, Communication modules, A.V.I.A.T.E. integration, Leadership tools & templates.
You’ll receive a full programme outline before anything is confirmed.

Programme design

To lock in the programme dates, a 50% deposit is required. The remaining balance is due one month before the first module begins.

Secure the programme

Over the next 3–6 months, Emma works closely with your leaders through: Module delivery, Coaching, Check-ins, Personalised support, Review points to ensure the programme evolves with your needs.
Emma’s team also supports your internal comms, event logistics, and participant engagement.

Delivery & partnership

When the programme concludes, you’ll receive a final debrief and recommendations for continued growth, along with optional follow-on coaching or masterclasses.
